Our process is as straightforward as it is impactful. Four times a year, we gather for a casual, welcoming dinner—at no cost to our members. During these gatherings, three member-nominated charities take the stage, each given five minutes to share their mission, their needs, and their vision for the future. After hearing these inspiring stories, members cast their vote to decide which organization will receive the largest share of our pooled donations.
